Each local church will appoint a prayer coordinator: a member of their church, who, under the leadership of the pastor, can organize, schedule and provide general leadership for the church’s prayer activities. The prayer coordinator has the responsibility to develop a prayer guide for their local church. Through consultation with the pastor/elders, it will provide a structured view of the needs and goals for their church to be addressed in prayer. The prayer coordinator also delivers the prayer guide from the strategic teams in the community to the committed pray‐ers. The prayer coordinator will follow-up with their church’s pray‐ers to encourage, train/equip, etc. Lastly, the prayer coordinator meets with the prayer coordinators from the other churches once a quarter (minimum) to connect, build trusted relationships, pray and learn together best practices from one another.
